Reiki for Minnesota

Things feel scary right now for us in Minnesota. It can be a challenge to know how to help, especially for those with limited energy or funds.

I invite you to contribute your intention to the next free community Reiki session on March 19, 2026 in support of the ICE Out of MN movement.

What’s the goal?

Through this free session, I will help resource the movement while we do this important work. No matter how we show up — physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually — it all matters.

How does this work?

1. Share your intention anonymously using the form below. No need to take time out of your day for this, I’ve got it covered!

2. During the session, I’ll read all submitted intentions out loud while I send Reiki.

3. After the session, I’ll write a blog post to share what I experienced. The blog will be posted here by the end of March 19.
