Reiki for Minnesota - January 30, 2026
Firstly, thank you so much for participating in the Reiki for Minnesota session today. 14 of us participated from multiple states and countries. To know that my home — our home — has so much love and support from all over the world right now means everything. Thank you for loving us, and please keep showing up in the ways that feel aligned for you.
If you have not received Reiki from me before, you may notice that my notes are different than what you might expect from a typical Reiki session. I tend to receive many intuitive messages in different ways while Reiki is flowing, and can't separate them... so I like to share everything I experience to form a complete picture.
As always, if something doesn't make sense to you, just ignore it!
The sense of community felt incredibly strong, along with many powerful emotions: fear, uncertainty, hope, love.
There was an overwhelming sense of duty and purpose; selfless community movement working tirelessly to care for those in need. None of us are alone. The helpers are everywhere, even in great adversity.
As I read the intentions out loud, I envisioned us adding them to a cauldron to nourish the supporters of this movement. Like an intention soup!
After I read the intentions, I called upon the spirits of the land to help protect and sustain us. I saw them join our group as well.
I heard multiple times that we need to remember that this sense of community is how things used to be, and we must continue to strengthen these community bonds and support systems over time.
I heard the following: “Continue to feed each other. Let all be moved by us. This is working. Take your time and stay resourced. Let them see how we organize. Let them see how we support each other. Let them see how we love those who are different than us, knowing that we have more similarities than differences.”
I saw people from ICE melting; it was like they melted down to become small children who are terrified and aching to be loved. Weapons disappeared, people snapped out of this harmful illusion and thought “what have I been doing?”, and they turned away to leave us alone. It’s like they all disappeared from their posts, even up to a high up leadership level.
Everything, every little act matters.
I heard “Hope is being born”, followed by a visual of a golden sparkling ball launching over Minnesota like a firework from our cauldron of intentions. Then it rained down across the country to kindle peoples’ hearts. I heard “The numbers don’t lie.” indicating that more and more people are waking up to these (and many other) injustices.
I saw our intentions flowing out of the cauldron, and out to our community members of the resistance, like water to sustain this movement and to keep everyone nourished to move forward.
I ended the session with protections for Minneapolis, then Minnesota, then the USA, then the world.
The last thing I heard was “We are one. This they have forgotten.”
I felt tingles for almost the entire session, and the feeling of love and support was overwhelming to the point of tears. To me this demonstrates the power and support this movement is receiving.
